If you need a return or an exchange, contact us within 30 days after receiving the delivery. We accept defective and non-defective items: changing your mind, a personal preference and a wrong selection are valid reasons, as are damage, flaws, an incorrect shipment, missing components or a material description discrepancy.
Keep the goods new, unused and in original condition. Preserve original packaging, tags and supplied accessories. Your request must state the order number, checkout email and issue details; for damage, faults, wrong shipments or missing components, attach product and packaging photographs or video.
Only mail the return after authorization. A free label comes inside the original package for this mailed return, and there is no restocking fee. We arrange exchanges subject to actual stock. The original payment method receives approved refunds, which we process within 10 days of approval.
